The Vision Book incorporates a blank journal book, permanent markers, colored pencils, modge podge, paintbrush,  scissors, pencil, and gel pen.  The Manifest Your Journey Vision Book Guidebook has more detailed instructions and materials list in crafting your vision book.  You can emulate vision boarding exercises cutting magazine images, words and phrases and/or you can draw or write your vision. 
These supplemental tools cannot be sent to a carceral institution (prison) as only soft cover items can be sent or risk return. Check with the institution of your loved one (as applicable) to ensure what is acceptable to ensure that there are no infringments of mail policy and/or risk return of items.
